Here is a program I did with Pastor Brad Wells of Graceway Baptist Church on Capitol Hill. Our discussion surrounded President Obama’s recent statements regarding his view that the Guantanamo, Cuba detention facility should be closed.

In this discussion, I try to develop a distinctively Christian view of how we should think about terrorists and moral law. I try to explain the difference between justice as a substance, and justice as a process in addition to reviewing briefly International and Constitutional law as it pertains to the Law of War.
